Are your Psychics Real?
Absolutlely. Our gifted psychic Marie Rose is both professionally trained and fully certified! You can check out her testimonials and reviews from previous clients here
Do I need to make a booking?
No. You can call anytime during our opening hours. However, if you would prefer to make a booking at a time perfect for you, just contact us to arrange.
What hours can I call?
We take calls to 10pm Mon-Fri and until 12pm on Saturday (AEST – Sydney Time).
How do I make payment?
When you call, you will be asked how long you would like your reading to be. We accept credit card over the phone which is processed directly in our bank terminal or you can request to pay via PayPal. We NEVER store your credit card details and we NEVER enter them anywhere online!
What appears on my Credit Card or Paypal Statement?
Your payments are super discreet! All charges to your credit card or paypal balance will show the charge coming from “By Marie Rose”.
What personal details to I have to provide?
Your privacy is of utmost concern to us. We only need the information required to make a payment, and if using PayPal, we will only need an email to send you the payment request. No other information is required or stored. Your readings are 100% confidential and will never be shared with anyone or recorded into a database.
If I buy a 30 min reading, what if I want more time?
If during your reading you decide that you want more time to explore what is being revealed, just tell us and we will let you pay the difference to continue.
Can I buy a reading for a friend as a present?
Absolutley you can. Just contact us and we will send you the payment link and you can tell us who the reading will be for. What a fabulous Xmas or Birthday present!
How are readings conducted?
Generally for readings without appointments, these are conducted via phone call or WhatsApp. If you pre-book a reading, we can also do a live video reading via WhatsApp, Facetime or Zoom.
