them I do a couple myself and one of those is um salt you know the thick salt sea salt I dissolve that in hot in warm water and after I’ve had a shower I just tip that on me from head down and that just cleanses any any energies that have stuck to you especially in my role and dealing with so many people and energies which I do every day it is very important for me to cleanse myself and I do that twice a week that just gives me a bit of a cleansing to cleanse away any energies or any residue of um information that’s come my way that is still around my aura or around my chakras I I do that to cleanse and then what I also do is I go out into nature and I stand next to a tree so it can absorb the energies that I don’t want to keep within me especially if I’m feeling tired for a lot of you you can relate to this you would be in that place of feeling tired because you have captured energies that are not yours that have come to you through you helping others and in in a in jobs like ours they that is very very common okay the last one here is Six of Swords for many of you you are going to go on a holiday or you’re going to another location that you’re going to help people um this could also be once you have finished doing what you have done for some of you here you’re in a a club a social group or something that you help people you know like Salvation Army or uh or things you
